This course will prepare you to perform a pivotal role in implementing impactful visual displays in commercial settings. Through thoughtful and strategic visual presentation of products, you will learn to optimise sales and enhance the customers’ experience. This includes the craft of creating compelling window displays, crafting immersive in-store setups and leveraging innovative merchandising techniques with insights into consumer psychology and brand strategy.

  • Create appealing display environment with different materials such as acrylic, metals and fabric

Entry Requirements

GCE 'O' level grades in English Language and 2 other subjects:

  • Grade 1-7 in English Language
  • Grade 1-8 in any two other subjects

To be eligible for selection, you must also have sat for Mathematics (Elementary/Additional).

Progression Opportunities

Higher Nitec in Visual Merchandising graduates may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:

 

Higher Nitec in Visual Merchandising graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics.
