A COJTC Seminar was held on 4 Dec 2003 at ITE Headquarters, Theatrette, 10 Dover Drive with our guest speaker Dr Ronald Jacobs, Professor, Workforce Development & Education, The Ohio State University, USA. Dr Jacobs presented 2 topics - "Using S-OJT for Management Training" and "Training Evaluation, the Process, Methods and Effectiveness".
