ITE graduates continued to be well sought-after by employers in FY 2007, with more than nine in 10 securing a job within six months of graduation. Fresh ITE graduates also commanded a respectable gross mean monthly salary of $1,390. A total of 2,482 ITE graduates progressed to the fulltime (1,861) and part-time (621) Diploma courses at the five Polytechnics, giving a progression rate of 21 per cent.
