Fourteen new staff who joined ITE College West recently had a ‘close-up and personal’ chit-chat session with our Principal, Mr Yek Tiew Ming on 9 Feb 06 at Clementi Campus. This was at the ‘A-Cuppa with Principal’ session organised by HR(CW) to enhance communication and team bonding within the College.
During the session, Mr Yek inspired the new members to ‘Live the ITE Values’ by sharing his personal experiences in education. The ambience was relaxed and light-hearted as participants exchanged views and ideas freely. Everyone found the session very meaningful. In particular, the new staff treasured the opportunity to get to know our Principal better in an informal setting. Mr Yek also thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to interact with them.
The session ended on a high note, with staff affirming their continued support and dedication to the College – especially Living the ITE Values and to truly CARE for our students. |
