As part of the ITE College West's continued efforts to enhance teambuilding and promote the ITE Culture, HR(CW) is organising a series of College West Teambuilding Workshops - Living The ITE Values in 2006.
To kick-start the series, the College West Management Teambuilding Workshop was held on 17 Feb 06 at Club ITE located at CE. The workshop was facilitated by Mr Wong Chai Kee and the highlight was the profiling analysis on interpersonal orientation and needs of each management member. Through the candid sharing of each other's profile as well as fun and interactive teambuilding activities, CW management members got to understand one another better during the workshop.

The finale of the workshop saw all members singing in unison and gusto to the tune of "Ai Piah Ka Aye Yah" (the Hokkien equivalent of "Must Strive in order to Win").
Everyone agreed that the workshop had successfully helped the Team to better understand how best to support and work with one another. This would certainly help to further widen and deepen the collaboration within the CW Management Team. |
