Taking Flight in Lecturing |
A smiling Ming Sing is ever ready to help our students.
Hi, I’m Chua Ming Sing. Formerly from Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Mechanical Engineering, I joined the Republic of Singapore Airforce in July 1997 as an Airframe specialist (Senior Technician) under the Air Logistic Squadron, Aerosystem flight, Tengah Airbase. My duties include performing maintenance on the Environmental Control, Pneudraulic, Fuel and Emergency Power System of the F16 fighter aircrafts. In 2006, I was attached to the maintenance training flight as a full time Aerosystem flight trainer. My experience in training includes conducting practical and theory training for new trainees and cross training for personnel transiting from other retiring aircraft platforms like A4, F5 and E2C. Since then, I discovered the joy and satisfaction of teaching. I joined ITE in the hope to further explore my career as a full-time trainer as well as to enhance his skill in the art of teaching. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and will be graduating in May 2009. I am also happily married and enjoy spending time with my two-year-old son. Cheers! |
