1. Application for Replacement of Certificate

ITE does not issue replacement certificate for lost certificate. Replacement of certificate is allowed only if student name is spelt wrongly on the certificate. Application for replacement must be submitted within 3 months from the certificate issue date, using the prescribed application form with payment of $10 per certificate at the ITE Customer Service Centres during office hours (between 8:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday except public holidays).

2. Application for Certified Statement, Statement of Results or Academic Transcript

Students may apply for a Certified Statement or a copy of the Statement of Results or Academic Transcript using the prescribed application form with payment of $10 per type of statement requested at the ITE Customer Service Centres during office hours (between 8:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday except public holidays).

3. Online Application for Module Certificate for full-time Higher Nitec and Nitec Early Leavers

If you were a full-time Higher Nitec or Nitec student who have passed at least one core module but did not complete your course of study successfully, you are eligible for a Module Certificate showing module(s) that you have passed in the full-time course. You can make an online application for the Module Certificate at ITE website within 12 months from your date of leaving. You will be notified via email within 2 weeks from the date of application when the Module Certificate is ready for collection at ITE HQ Customer Service Centre during office hours (between 8:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday except public holidays). If the application is made more than 12 months from the date of leaving, a Certified Statement will be issued and an administration fee of $10 will apply.
