AWARDS
NTUC Surrogate Employer Programme (NTUC-SEP)
The NTUC-SEP is a programme managed by NTUC with the objective to secure training assistance from Skills Development Fund (SDF) by acting as a Surrogate Employer to help employed union members who are upgrading their skills without the support of their employers..
All union members are eligible to apply for NTUC-Education and Training Fund (N-ETF) Award. In addition, low income union members are also entitled to further training allowances.
To find out more about the NTUC-SEP, you can attend NTUC's regular briefings held on the 1st

You can apply for training awards for your course
from your Self-Help Group. To qualify for the award,
you must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
and must not be sponsored by your employer or other
organisations. For more information, please contact
your respective Self-help Groups directly.
