the reverse side of the cheque, please write your Name,
NRIC No/FIN, Course Applied, Contact Number and Email Address. |

indicate the cheque number in the 'Payment Details' section of the
online application form. |

Payment
is required for confirmation of place. Applications are processed
on a first-come-first-serve basis upon receipt of fees
payment. |

| Classes will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before course start date. | ||
| ITE reserves the right to cancel a class when there are insufficient applicants to form a class or due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, full refunds will be given. | ||
Withdrawal
or deferment notice must be made
in writing to Worker Education Programme
Dept (cet@ite.edu.sg). Refunds
arising from course withdrawal/deferment will be as follows: • 2 weeks or more before course start date - Full refund • Less than 2 weeks before course start date - 50% refund • On or after course start date - No refund |
