This form may take you 5 mins to fill in. You will need the following documents to complete the form :
1) Your / Your staffs' NRIC or Work Permit Card.
2) Your / Your staffs' highest education certificate.
3) Course time-table (obtainable from ITE Website).

Important Information
Upon submission of this online application form, please send a crossed cheque made payable to 'Institute of Technical Education' to : Industry Training Programme Department (Online Application), Institute of Technical Education, 10 Dover Drive, Singapore 138683.

On the reverse side of the cheque, please write your Name, NRIC No, Course Applied, Contact Number and Email Address.
Please note the following :
Payment is required for confirmation of place. Applications are processed on a first-come-first-serve basis upon receipt of fees payment.
Classes will be confirmed 1-2 weeks before course start date.
ITE reserves the right to cancel a class when there are insufficient applicants to form a class or under unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, full refund will be given.
Withdrawal or deferment notice must be made in writing to Industry Training Programme Dept (itp@ite.edu.sg) :
• 2 weeks or more before course start date - Full refund
• Less than 2 weeks before course start date - 50% refund
• On or after course start date - No refund
