and follows the principle

INTRODUCTION
Learn 3 strategies for effective introduction of the programme, content, and
workshop leader. Effective introductions are essential for learner buy-in, which
in turn ensures learner commitment.
INVOLVEMENT
Learn 9 strategies to get your learners warmed up and READY to receive the content.
Involvement guarantees learner attention – an essential prerequisite for
learning. You will learn how to use the ‘FUN x Content = Results’ model
for superior learning results.
INTERACTION
Learn 3 strategies to make your training session interactive. Learner attention
as well as adult learning is all about mining learners' experiences.
INSTRUCTION
Instruction is the purpose of any training activity. When the content is delivered
in the right way using the right methods and tools, it results in high-impact
training. You will learn 3 powerful strategies that will improve training results
multifold.
INTENSIFYING RETENTION
When learners retain what they learn and the learning is anchored to long-term
memory, the transfer of learning to the workplace becomes seamless. You will
learn 3 creative wrap up techniques to intensify retention and accelerate transfer

Yeo Thiang Swee
Yeo Thiang Swee has extensive international
marketing, business development, and
general management experiences with one
of the
world’s largest petroleum companies
for the last 25 years covering many countries
in Asia Pacific Region. Having worked
in China for several years, he has developed
an in-depth understanding of the Asian
cultures in addition to his rich western
management knowledge and hands-on experiences.
Thiang Swee is a sincere, lively and down-to-earth
trainer. He adopts an interactive approach
in his training and injects his wealth
of business and life experiences into the
course content. He has good sense of humour
and is able to connect well with participants
of all ages and levels. He has a passion
in helping people learn and perform and
possessed extensive training experiences
in China, Malaysia & Singapore. Thiang
Swee is also effectively bilingual and
has lots of experiences conducting training
and facilitating workshops both in English
and Mandarin locally and overseas.
