The Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Certified Service Professional (CSP) is a national training programme that prepares workers to join service sectors which include:

• Attractions
• Food & Beverage Services
• Gaming
• Hotel and Accommodation Services
• MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions)
• Retail
• Spa & Wellness
• Tour & Travel Services

The programme is developed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). It focuses on inculcating the right service mindset and skills to enhance workers’ employability in the service sector. For more information on the CSP WSQ programme, please click here.
