How to Apply (Higher Nitec and Nitec Courses)
Internet Registration
New Singaporean/Permanent Resident Applicant
If you are a first-time applicant and are a Singaporean or Permanent Resident, you can register for courses through the Internet.
You are required to produce your original documents for verification at the campus of study or any of the ITE Customer Service Centres during office hours (Mon to Fri, 8am to 6pm) prior to the commencement of the course (refund policy applies).
New International Applicant
First-time International applicants have to submit application over the counter at any of our Customer Service Centres:

Where the modules are offered and if there is insufficient enrolment, the classes will be cancelled and affected students will be given a full refund. If the class that students have enrolled in is cancelled, ITE will notify them at least 1 week before the course start date.
Fee Payment
After your registration over the Web, you can access the online Student Portal at www.ite.edu.sg on the next working day with your Web ID and Password to view the fees payable.
Course fees are to be paid within 7 days of registration. Students who have not paid the course fees within 7 days are deemed to have withdrawn from the registered modules. You may pay the full fees through the following modes:
• Self-Automated Machine (SAM)
• Cash Payment at Singapore Post Office
• NETS and Credit Card Payment at ITE Customer Service Centres;
• Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA)*.
*You need to submit the PSEA Ad Hoc Form to ITE HQ Customer Service Centre within 7 days from the date of your web enrolment. For more information, please visit http://www.moe.gov.sg/finance/PSEA/.
Walk-in Registration
Please register at the campus of your choice and bring along all relevant documents, including:
• NRIC or valid Work Pass;
• Highest academic qualifications or ITE Entrance Test Result Slip;
• The full fees payable (cheque, NETS, credit cards and PSEA accepted).
