Introduction
The Technology Development Centre, established in 2009, is a platform to widen our industry partnership and engagement for mutual benefit. Through this platform, our lecturers can provide consultation, knowledge transfer and application research to support our local industries.It is a one stop technology centre undertaking industrial projects and spearheading cutting-edge R&D projects to support our partners and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in adopting technology to develop their innovative ideas.
The centre has a team of eight highly experienced full-time research talents from different industries with diverse work and business experiences including R&D, software development, project management, technology and business management.
Supporting our research staff is a team of more than five hundred lecturers from our four schools in ITE College West, providing a highly competent ecosystem of talents with domain depth.
We offer technology consulting and advice, proof of concept, development and testing of downstream technology platforms and projects that can be easily adopted in the following:
