If you like to be involved in the manufacturing operations or process operations of pharmaceutical plant, such as monitoring and controlling manufacturing or process variables, and checking and servicing process control equipment, then this course is for you.

Operate, monitor and control continuous or batch processes.

Entry Requirements
To apply for the Nitec in Chemical Process Technology (Pharmaceuticals) course, you need to have:
Subject
Grade
GCE ‘O’ level grades in Mathematics and Science
1 - 8
or
GCE ‘N’ level passes in Mathematics, Science and one other subject
1 - 5 or A - D
Note: Applicants must be free from colour-appreciation deficiency.
Nitec in Chemical Process Technology (Pharmaceuticals) graduates with a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics. For more details on diploma courses for progression, please refer to the Joint Polytechnic Admissions website.
Nitec in Chemical Process Technology (Pharmaceuticals) graduates with a GPA of 2.3 and above may also apply for progression to related Higher Nitec courses offered by ITE.
