To participate in the scheme, your company needs:

• A valid and structured training programme endorsed by ITE as meeting national certification standard;


• Adequate training facilities and equipment to conduct training and testing for the proposed ITE course; and


• Professionally and pedagogically qualified trainers to conduct training and testing in the proposed ITE course. Trainers who are not pedagogically trained are to attend relevant pedagogic courses conducted by ITE or approved training providers. Also, the trainer : trainee ratio should be acceptable to ITE.

In addition, please note that the ATC scheme is applicable only for the training of your employees who are Singaporeans, Permanent Residents or Foreign Workers on valid work permits/employment passes. It is not applicable to foreign students who are on student passes.
