As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing national skills and assessment standards, as well as designing curriculum for training programmes for fresh school leavers and working adults. Being at the forefront of curriculum planning, you are expected to keep abreast of industry trends and developments, and work closely with industry to identify new manpower needs in emerging and existing occupations. You should preferably have experience in Engineering, Media/Design, or Business/Healthcare.

	A good degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of working experience, preferably in industries involved in engineering, media/design or business/healthcare.
	Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills

	A post-graduate qualification in education, or industry experience in human resource training & development is strongly preferred
