The Hotel Executive will provide supervision and direction in the Training Hotel in accordance with the objectives and quality standards established. You are responsible for the efficient operation of all hotel front office functions, housekeeping services and the managing of complaints. In addition, you will be required to supervise and coach students who are attached to the Training Hotel.
You should at least have a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar role. Candidate must be customer oriented and be prepared to undertake training hotel operation and training of students. Shift duty is also required for this role.
