The ITE Discovery Programme for Teachers (NIE) is a joint effort between NIE and ITE.

Since the Programme's inception in 1998, approximately 15,000 trainee teachers have visited various ITE campuses and discovered ITE to be a dynamic organisation that champions technical education for the real world.

What Will Teachers Gain?

Using a learning and sharing approach, this programme enables teachers to:

Experience the ITE learning environment
Discover the latest developments in technical education
interact with ITE lecturers and students, and learn the strengths and behavioural characteristics of technically-talented students.
Motivate and guide prospective students better through deeper understanding of what ITE can do for them
