The MOE NT Electives Modules (EMs) are designed to provide your students with a glimpse of what they can expect to learn in the various courses of study in ITE, so that they are better prepared when they come to ITE.

MOE and ITE have jointly worked on the framework for the recognition of EMs by ITE. There are two categories for recognition of EMs:

Category A - Provision of credits for advanced standing for any Nitec courses
These courses allow a student to use the credits gained after completing the courses as part of the credit requirements for certification when they enrol in ITE. However, these credit units are meant only for Elective Modules component, and not for Life Skills or Core Modules.

Category B - Certificate of Completion
Students will obtain a Certificate of Completion after the course.

We will visit your school to further discuss what your school requires and check the facilities and workshops at your school to assess if the courses can be conducted at your school instead of at ITE. The lecturers and facilitators for the course will be sourced for at ITE.

We will then assess if they can meet your customised courses. The cost of running the programme will depend on the requirement of your school.
