Seminar Synopsis
Organisations recognise the need for training to improve its productivity, quality standards, and workforce up-skilling. The 3S of Training: "Standardised, Structured and Sustainable” are demonstrated through the following:
- A Standardised and Structured training framework with assigned roles and responsibilities, supported by qualified personnel in pedagogic and technical competencies.
- A Sustainable training setup characterised by strong internal support system, rewards and recognition for stakeholders, and collaboration with external agencies.
Through the 3S approach, organisations can achieve its training objectives and enjoy tax savings through the Productivity and Innovation Credit (PIC) scheme for qualifying expenditure.

ATC Communication Session 1/2012

The Industry-based Training Division held a half-day communication session to provide some useful tips to its industry partners on developing and conducting assessments and insights into ITE’s new Continuing Education and Training (CET) qualification framework.
We also took the opportunity to update our industry partners on the administrative requirements and processes on the ATC Scheme, which helped to address and clarify some issues. The event also provided a platform for all participants to network with one another. The presentation materials for the event are as follows:
