COUNSELLOR

You will work with a team to provide couselling for students with special educational needs, work with Lecturers and external agencies on case referrals and consultations, organise and conduct relevant workshops and training for students and Lecturers, as well as coordinate developmental programmes and needs assessment for students.

Requirements

• a degree in Social Work, and/or Counselling from an established university
• good interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to work independently as well as in a team
• ability to work with youth from various social and ethnic backgrounds

Prior school counselling experience will be an advantage. Those with work experience as a supervisor of professional counsellors may be considered for headship positions.
