CERTIFIED ON-THE-JOB-TRAINING CENTRE (COJTC)
|
 |
The Institute of Technical Education (ITE) launched the Certified On-the-Job Training Centre (COJTC) Scheme in Apr 94 to recognise OJT conducted by employers.
The scheme will help your company institutionalise structured OJT system and to improve the quality of OJT practices, with the aim of developing a quality workforce.
Under the COJTC scheme, ITE would certify companies that possess a quality OJT system. If your company meets the required standards you will be accorded recognition as Certified OJT Centres, which carry the hallmark of good OJT practices (view sample Certified OJT Centre Cerificate).
Thereafter, ITE would carry out periodic reviews to encourage your company to continually make improvements to your OJT system.
