Possess technical skills and knowledge in Industrial Control at National ITE Certificate (Nitec) level and above |
Competition Format
The project will be structured in modules. Competitors will be required to:

Plan, wire up and test a PLC-controlled electrical power and control installation, including configuring human machine interface (HMI) operator panel and programming the PLC for desired system operation |
|
Design and/or modify a relay logic control and/or power circuit in accordance with a set of specifications and/or Grafcet diagram |
|
Locate and identify faults in a given control and/or power circuit |
