Restaurant Service
Entry Requirements
Possess technical skills and knowledge in Food & Beverage Operations at the National ITE Certificate (Nitec) level or a SHATEC Certificate in Food & Beverage Operations and above

Competition Format
Competitors will be required to:

Dress and set up tables including buffet table and for different dining styles for a maximum of 4 persons based on a given menu
Prepare for restaurant service including mise-en-place and folding of napkins
Provide restaurant service in the different styles for casual and fine dining
Perform carving and tableside cooking
Prepare cocktails, aperitifs and special beverages

Time Allocated : 20 hours
