1. When and How to Apply?

Applications can be submitted during the following phases:

  • Main Phase: Between Mon 2 Nov 2020 and Fri 29 Jan 2021
  • Appeal Phase (1st Sub-Phase): Between Tue 9 Mar 2021 and Tue 6 Apr 2021 
  • Appeal Phase (2nd Sub-Phase): Between Wed 14 Apr 2021 and Mon 26 Apr 2021

  • Graduates from relevant  Higher Nitec/Nitec courses who meet min GPA
  • Graduates from relevant  Higher Nitec/Nitec in Technology/Services courses who meet min GPA and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Full-time Higher Nitec/Nitec students from relevant courses, graduating in Dec 20 or Mar 21

 2. When can I check the outcome of my application?

  • Main Phase: Between Tue 9 Mar 2021 and Tue 9 Mar 2021
  • Appeal Phase (1st Sub-Phase): Between Tue 9 Mar 2021 and Thu 8 Apr 2021 
  • Appeal Phase (2nd Sub-Phase): Between Wed 14 Apr 2021 and Mon 26 Apr 2021

  • Graduates from relevant  Higher Nitec/Nitec in Technology/Services courses who meet min GPA and have at least 1 year of relevant work experience

Check application outcome.

  • Log on using the User ID & Password printed on your verification slip
  • Go to ‘Self-Service’ > ‘Student Admission’ > ‘View Application Results’ to accept the offer
  • Graduates from relevant WSQ diplomas with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Working adults with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Successful applicants will be notified by phone call.
Note to National Service (NS) liable males on NS Deferment


National Service (NS) liable males who wish to pursue a full-time TED/TD course in 2021 and were born in the year 2000 or earlier will have to check their eligibility for NS deferment at the Central Manpower Base (CMPB).

If you need to check your eligibility for NS deferment, you may download the Eligibility for NS Deferment form and submit the completed form to Central Manpower Base (CMPB) for processing of your NS deferment.

Students who are not eligible for NS deferment will need to withdraw for the course that they are enrolled.
