Fitness for Life

Baffled by how a person’s fitness can be measured? Take this course which covers cardiorespiratory fitness, basic strength fitness and flexibility fitness. You will also learn how to set individual fitness goals, design and demonstrate an exercise programme to achieve specific fitness goals, and analyse macronutrient contents from food labels and recommend food intake through the case studies.
