The online course helps participants to find a solution for persistent customer-centered business problems. Participants will take a customer journey to identify business needs and dreams and customer profile, uncover customer’s touchpoints and the voice of customer for each touchpoint. At the end of the course, a Customer Experience Blueprint will be formulated that can potentially be used for the business to thrive.
