Would you like to “wow” customers with excellent service? Engage and excite them with retail technologies?

In this course, we teach our students to promote goods and services by assisting customers with their queries.

You will learn to promote and display merchandise, engage customers and perform a variety of retail operations. In addition, you will learn how to integrate and make use of retail technologies to enhance customers’ experiences.

Entry Requirements

GCE 'N' Technical students with 0 or 1 'N' Level pass

Progression Opportunities

Nitec in Retail Services graduates with a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:

Nitec in Retail Services graduates with a GPA of 3.5 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics. For more details on diploma courses for progression, please refer to the Joint Polytechnic Admissions website.
