How many times have you walked into a store and wished you received better service?
In this course, we teach our students to promote goods and services by assisting customers in their queries while delivering a memorable customer experience.
You will learn to promote merchandise, serve customers, arrange merchandise for display and perform a variety of retail shop operations.

Completed GCE 'N' or GCE 'O' Level
Progression Opportunities
Nitec in Retail Services graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.0 may apply for progression to the following Work-Study Diploma courses at ITE:
Nitec in Retail Services graduates with a GPA of 3.5 and above may apply for progression to the first year of a related diploma course at the Polytechnics. For more details on diploma courses for progression, please refer to the Joint Polytechnic Admissions website.
Nitec in Retail Services graduates with a GPA of 2.8 and above may also apply for progression to related Higher Nitec courses offered by ITE.
