  • Definition of plant-based protein diet.
  • Difference between meat and plant-based protein.
  • Preparation and presentation of salad and bean stew using plant-based product.
    1. Local vegetable salad (Spinach, long beans, purple cabbage, fermented beancurd, walnut dressing and toasted coconut.
    2. White bean stew (Tomato fondue, dice vegetables and braised mushrooms)
