This course equips learners with the basic skills in wine tasting techniques and wine evaluation, recognition of taste between varietals and types of wines as well as pairing of wine and food and handy skills in opening and serving wine.

1st day : 3.5 hours of online self-directed learning
2nd day : 3.5 hours of online synchronous learning
3rd day:  7 hours of face-to-face practical learning
