This course aims to equip participants with knowledge and skills to observe food hygiene and safety while preparing or handling food.  This is a mandatory course for chefs, cooks, kitchen helpers, food stall assistants and anyone who is involved in the preparation and handling of food, and anyone planning to work in F&B establishments.

 Candidates certified competent will meet the licensing requirement to work as food handlers.

Entry Requirements

Participants should possess basic literacy in English or Chinese so that they can understand the lessons and communicate in class.  This course will be conducted in either English or Mandarin.
