Thank you for visiting this Website (“The Website”). The Website is owned and maintained by the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore ( “ITE”).

ITE reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. Your use of The Website constitutes your agreement to any modified Terms.

8. Use of e-Services
If you choose to make an application or send ITE an email providing ITE with personal data, ITE may share the necessary data with other Government agencies, or with non-Government entities which have been authorised to carry out specific Government services, so as to serve you in an efficient and effective way, unless such sharing is prohibited by law.
For your convenience, ITE may display to you data you had previously supplied to ITE or other Government agencies. This will speed up transactions and save you the trouble of repeating previous submissions. Should the data be inaccurate or out-of-date, please supply ITE with the latest data. ITE will retain the data only as necessary for the effective delivery of public services to you.
You shall ensure that all information submitted through the e-Service is complete, accurate, true and correct. Where supporting documents are requested/needed, you should ensure all information submitted through the e-Service is consistent with the supporting documents. Failure to do so may result in delay in processing or rejection of the application. You may be liable for costs incurred due to false or incorrect information submitted.
While every care is taken by ITE in providing the e-Service, the Government disclaims all liability whatsoever, no warranty is given that access to the e-Service will be provided uninterrupted or free from error or that any identified defect will be corrected and the Government disclaims all liability for any direct, incidental or consequential damage or loss, that may result from such interruptions or errors or defects, including but not limited to:
- any loss of, or any inability to retrieve, any data or information however caused as a result of any interruption, suspension or termination of service;
- any inaccuracy in the information presented, used or transmitted through the e-Service.
9. Fees
There are currently no fees for using any part of The Website. We are not responsible for any fees charged by any other Internet site (not provided by us).
10. Applicable Laws
Use of The Website and these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any claim relating to use of The Website shall be heard by Singapore Courts.
11. Variation
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. You should visit this page from time to time and review the then current Terms, because they are binding on you. We may modify or discontinue any information or features that form part of The Website at any time, with or without notice to you, and without liability.
