As a Curriculum Development Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing national skills and assessment standards, and designing curriculum for training programmes for fresh school leavers and working adults.
Being at the forefront of curriculum planning, you are expected to keep abreast of industry trends and developments and work closely with industry to identify new manpower needs in emerging as well as existing occupations.
You should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in industries involved in Human Resource Training & Development, Engineering, Hospitality and/or Manufacturing. You should also possess the following:
Strong interpersonal, facilitation and project management skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
A flair for writing
