Are you an OJT trainer in your organisation? Do you coach others? This module will equip you with the knowledge and skills to prepare and conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) within your organisation. You will learn how to assess trainee performance, and reflect on your own practice to evaluate effectiveness of coaching.

Singapore Citizens (SCs), Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) and Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders are eligible for SSG funding support of 50% of course fees.

SCs, SPRs and LTVP+ holders who are sponsored by SMEs, or SCs who are eligible for Midcareer Enhanced Subsidy (MCES) enjoy higher SSG funding support of 70% of course fees.

Applies to the following categories:
   a) Foreigners with a valid work pass; and
   b) Singapore Citizen/ Singapore PRs/ LTVP+ who are re-taking the programme
