Elevate Your On-the-Job Training Skills!

This module is tailored to equip you with essential coaching skills to conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) within your organisation. It focuses on assessing trainee performance, enhancing training techniques, and evaluating coaching effectiveness through reflection. You will hone your coaching abilities to better support your team in achieving their goals.

Entry Requirements

  • Communicate proficiently in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Keen to facilitate and assess learning through the design, reflection and continuous improvement of in-course activities in different learning settings (classroom, workplace and blended learning platform)
  • Possess subject matter specialisation and industry experience
  • Proficient in IT and communication skills, e.g. Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and communication tools
  • Able to source and analyse relevant materials from the workplace, library, internet or online databases for design and development of learning resources
