Amber West

Experience a whole new level of dining pleasures away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Boasting a seating capacity for 60 diners, Amber West – a student operated restaurant – offers affordable gourmet selections prepared by student chefs and served by student servers. This fine dining restaurant serves to train students in an authentic learning environment and it features a tantalising collection of Western and Asian cuisines with twists.

Chez West

Welcome to Chez [pronounced ‘shay’] West! A contemporary training restaurant located within ITE College West. We offer both traditional and modern French dishes prepared by aspiring Technical Diploma students in Culinary Arts with Restaurant Management.

Reservations are required.

Dress Code

Male

Smart casual, polo or collared shirts. Fitted long jeans, pants and covered shoes.

Female

Smart casual, suitable for a lovely night occasion.

No slippers, sandals, singlets, bermudas or shorts please. Thank you.

Crema West

Crema is a Barista training venue for coffee making modules. It provides a nice chill-out corner to watch our future Baristas in action. Pamper yourself with a sweet treat and complement it with a perfect cuppa from our list of coffee specialties or enjoy a tasty sandwich or wrap for your lunch freshly prepared by our students.

Hotel West

A 14-room training hotel designed for authentic learning, our reservations are extended to government agencies, institutional partners, members of ITE Alumni Association and staff. Elegant and contemporary in design, our hotel provides an up-to-date learning environment for our students, and at the same time offers our guests comfort and convenience away from home.
