ITE offers a wide range of Part-time Higher National ITE Certificate (Higher Nitec), National ITE Certificate (Nitec) and ITE Skills Certificate (ISC) courses to cater to the upgrading needs of the workforce. The Part-time Higher Nitec courses require GCE ‘O’ or relevant Nitec as an entry requirement and are offered in modules to allow working adults the flexibility to choose modules according to their needs. Each module can be completed in 6 months under the regular part-time course. A module certificate will be awarded for Higher Nitec module(s) completed successfully in an examination series.

Singapore Citizens who have not completed more than 50% of the course (refer to list of applicable courses below) at the point of application may be eligible to apply for the SkillsFuture Study Awards for the Power Sector. For details, visit The list of applicable courses are:
