- If you select PSEA as your payment method, please submit your application through MOE's ‘Online PSEA Ad-Hoc Withdrawal Application (FormSG)’. You can find the link to the MOE online form when you submit your course application via STEP. When filling out MOE's Online PSEA Ad-Hoc Withdrawal Application (FormSG), make sure to include the reference number for the course you are applying for. You can locate the TPG Course Reference Number for Higher Nitec & Enhanced Higher Nitec courses here.
