What is the difference between the ITE Graduation 2025 held at ITE HQ and the Colleges' Graduation Ceremonies held in Feb and May?
| The College-based Graduation Ceremonies held in Feb and May are organised for students graduating from their courses to receive their course certificate. The ITE Graduation 2025 in Jul is held to recognise graduands with outstanding course performance and have achieved Academic Awards.

I am unable to attend the graduation ceremony, can I still collect my award? | Graduands, who are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, will be informed via email on the collection of the certificate/medal at a later date, after the graduation ceremony. |
Is it compulsory to attend the graduation ceremony? | Invited graduands are encouraged to attend the graduation ceremony as it is to recognize their outstanding performance.

Why is children below the age of six not allowed in the auditorium? | For safety and comfort reasons, children under the age of six are not permitted in the auditorium during the graduation ceremony.
However, guests with children under the age of six may still view the ceremony via the screening in the hall.

Where do I rent or purchase the graduation gown? | Graduands may choose to either rent or purchase the graduation gown from My Uniform Shop prior to the ceremony. There will also be counter set up during the ITE Graduation 2025 on Mon 28 Jul 2025 for graduands to rent or purchase the Graduation Gown.

Do I have to wear a graduation gown to attend the ceremony? | Graduands attending the ITE Graduation 2025 are required to wear the ITE Graduation Gown. Only graduands who wear the ITE Graduation Gown will be allowed to join the proceedings.

If I missed the graduation ceremony, when and where can I collect my certificate(s) and / or award(s)? (Applicable for Certificate of Merit / Diploma with Merit, Course Medals, Tay Eng Soon Scholarship, ITE Outstanding Progress Award and Top Awards)
| Collection Location: Respective College CVCs Collection Period: To be advised
Please note that a certificate not collected within 1 year from the date of issue will be destroyed. Thereafter, the certificate will not be re-issued and an administrative fee of $10 is charged to print a Certified Statement for the Certificate request.
Should graduand be unable to collect their awards personally, the person collecting on behalf will need to provide his/her NRIC and the completed Letter of Authorisation.

When will I received the cash quantum? (Applicable for Course Medal, ITE Outstanding Progress Award and Top Awards Recipients only) | Graduands who are eligible for the Cash Quantum for their awards will receive the payment via PayNow. |
