Customer Engagement Lab (Blk 4 Level 4)

Customer Engagement Lab simulates a lively customer experience centre where students participate in realistic scenarios that reflect real-world customer interactions. This hands-on practice helps them to sharpen their problem-solving, communication and multitasking skills.

Students learn to evaluate service experience and quality, perform data analytics, and redesign services and operations.

PULSE (Blk 2 Level 2)

PULSE is an innovative hub dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare service professionals. The hub prepares students with the skills needed to excel in the healthcare industry. At PULSE, students learn to manage communication with patients, perform analytics for healthcare institutions, and implement infection prevention and control measures.

Spark Fitness Hub (Blk 4 Level 4)

Spark Fitness Hub is designed to meet the latest fitness industry needs using industry-standard equipment and protocols. Here, students can use modern technology, analytical sensors and rehabilitative machinery to enhance their sports management learning journey.

At the Hub, students perform fitness testing and design fitness programmes. They learn to implement sport safety measures and management strategies. Additionally, students handle routine finance and general administration tasks for managing sports activities.

VIBES Retail Zone (Blk 2 Level 2)

Partnered with industry leaders like Decks and LUXASIA, VIBES Retail Zone is a modern space furnished with the latest retail features like live streaming, smart technology, perfumery training and predictive AI. It offers a cutting-edge environment for students to engage with the newest trends in retail industry.

There are three distinct areas in VIBES —APEX, B.BOX, and CHIC, where students learn various retail practices and skills. Students will learn how to promote products and services through face-to-face interactions, online platforms and live streaming. They will also explore predictive analytics, which helps businesses understand customer behaviour and make informed decisions. Additionally, they will discover how to implement sustainability measures on retail practices that are environmentally friendly.
