ITE is excited to unveil our latest strategic plan, ITE Elevate (2025-2029), our roadmap to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the future. But why 'Elevate'? Because we are committed to creating elevated impact and outcomes for our students and stakeholders.

Our new vision – to be a “Globally distinguished institution for skills and careers development” – is anchored on the following three strategic intents:

• Drive growth of our key programmes to equip our students with skillsets that are in demand both locally and globally, and support them in their career growth and development.

• Differentiate ourselves, with enhanced focus on employability-oriented workforce transformation programmes and quality workplace training.

• Strengthen our core as an organisation, by adopting innovative mindsets, embracing new ways of working, and supporting one another to do better.
