Subsidy for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents
Fee subsidy is available to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents only once for each subject at each level. If you repeat the same subject at the same level in subsequent intakes, you will be required to pay the full course fees.
Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA)
Singapore Citizens may use the balance in their PSEA to pay fees for courses in the GE Programme. If you wish to use your PSEA funds, please submit via STEP during registration.
If you are below 21 years of age, your Guardian/Parent must approve the online PSEA submission.
SkillsFuture Credit
Singaporeans aged 25 years and above can use their SkillsFuture Credits to offset fees for approved courses. This is only applicable to self-funding individuals. Claims for use of the credits are to be submitted via STEP before course start date.
