Withdrawal and refund

STEP* will be used to administer all ITE Continuing Education & Training (CET) courses starting from 1 April 2024 onwards. For company sponsorship, you will need Corppass to log in to STEP Company Portal. Find out how companies can be onboarded to STEP [PDF, 100 KB].

Mode of application

You may contact our Customer & Visitor Centres during the registration period if you need assistance. STEP will require SingPass authentication. Please ensure you have a SingPass account and bring along all relevant documents, including:

  • NRIC or Work Pass

  • Highest Education Certificate

Do note:

  • For timely processing and confirmation of registration, do ensure that all information and necessary documents are provided.

  • Registration will close 3 days before course start date or when the class is full.

  • You will receive a class confirmation email when class is confirmed.

Mode of payment

If you are paying using your SkillsFuture Credit (SFC), do note that the “One-Off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up” will expire on 31 December 2025.  This credit can be used only for courses starting on or before 31 December 2025.

The “One-Off SkillsFuture Credit Top-Up” is a one-off SFC top-up of $500 given by the government in 2020, for all eligible Singaporeans aged 25 or above.

For self-sponsored individuals:

  1. SkillsFuture Credit (SFC)

  2. VISA, Mastercard, NETS

  3. Post Secondary Education Account (PSEA)

For company sponsorship:

  • Interbank GIRO

Withdrawal and refund

In the event that the course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

  • All refunds will be via PayNow.

  • To apply for PayNow service, you are required to have e-banking/internet banking.

  • For individuals, please link your NRIC/FIN to your personal bank account. 

  • For companies sponsoring their staff, please link your company's UEN to the company's bank account.
