ITE Inspire Fellowship
Giving ITE graduates opportunities to inspire the ITE community
Launched in 2025 as one of the President's Challenge Fellowship tracks, ITE Inspire Fellowship recognises ITE graduates who have achieved outstanding success in their careers or entrepreneurial pursuits, and are committed to giving back to the ITE community. Appointed Fellows will serve as role models and mentors to motivate and inspire others who are currently on, or have gone through, the ITE journey. They will lead initiatives such as mentoring programmes, learning journeys, workshops, and more.

Nomination Period: 4 May to 12 June 2026
Who's Eligible?
Singapore Citizens aged 18 and above
Alumni of ITE or its predecessor institutions (Trade Schools, Vocational Institutes, and the Vocational and Industrial Training Board)
Applications should show the following:
Nominee was enabled by the educational experience at ITE to grow his/her career, and attained Innovation or entrepreneurial success.
Nominee is accomplished and recognised by industry or peers.
Nominee has contributed to Singapore industry and community and achieved national/regional impact
Assessment Criteria
Applicants will be evaluated on:
Career achievement and impact
Recognised excellence in your industry or field
Entrepreneurial or innovation-driven success
Contributions to the growth of Singapore’s economy or society
Advocacy for skills development and nurturing others
A passion for inspiring youth, ITE students and graduates, and the wider community
Active involvement in mentoring, training, or skills development programmes
Embodying values such as resilience, collaboration, and a commitment to lifelong learning
About the President’s Challenge Fellowships
The President’s Challenge Fellowships, aimed at developing civic leaders and uplifting those starting at greater odds, offers individuals from all backgrounds the opportunity to develop their potential through three tracks:
Civic Action Fellowship, which encourages social service sector professionals and active volunteers to deepen their expertise and develop new approaches to achieving social good;
Springboard Fellowship, which empowers individuals bouncing back from setbacks in life to embark on new pathways, through education, upskilling, employment, or entrepreneurship; and
ITE Inspire Fellowship, which recognises individuals who have progressed through the ITE pathway and achieved remarkable career success, to motivate and inspire youth, the ITE community, and others to develop their fullest potential.
