Boost your workplace skills with Gen AI. Learn to use chat tools for faster tasks and query files with smart search. Gain confidence, improve accuracy, and apply these skills across different AI platforms.
Course duration: 8 hours
This course equips participants with skills and knowledge firstly to effectively use LLM chat tools for productivity gains at the workplace. Subsequently, the course will teach participants how to query existing data such as documents, spreadsheets and other files using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technique. Combined, the participants will be able to improve on their operation in the office workspace.
On completion of the course, participants should be able to apply the skills and knowledge to operations in their workplace, improving work efficiency and accuracy. Such skills learned are transferrable to other Gen AI platforms.
This CoC is developed with GovTech developed tools. Each Participant is required to have access to these tools before signing up:
• Pair Chat
• AIBots.

This is an introductory course for anyone. Basic office productivity tools skills and computer skills are required, and have access to GovTech Pair Chat and AIBots tools.
