Unlock your culinary potential with our course on handmade pasta! In this class, you will learn how to make different types of string and stuffed pasta. We will also introduce simple sous vide techniques. You will gain essential skills in quality control and learn how to customise your pasta with various ingredients. This course is perfect for aspiring chefs and food lovers.
What you'll learn
Identify the classification of pasta and their characteristics
Explain the guidelines for checking quality of prepared and stuffed pasta
Identify the various types of pasta dough and the ingredients used
Make and prepare a pasta dough
Make string pasta and stuffed pasta from the dough
Prepare and cook pasta sauce
Cook and serve farinaceous dishes according to standard recipes
