This CoC course equips participants with knowledge and skills in applying contemporary creative problem-solving techniques from the field of systems science that have been tried and tested for more than 6 decades around the world.

What you'll learn

  • Define the complex problem that you are tackling using techniques that will open up different paths towards a solution.

  • Analyse the complex problem using established tools from the field of systems science.

  • Use a systems science software to develop the key artefacts that are needed during the analysis process

  • Apply the techniques to identify potential solutions to the problem

Entry requirements

This is basic level course. Applicants should be mid-level to senior level leaders.

Course participants would need to bring along their own laptops for this course.
