This practical workshop introduces DISC personality profiling and behavioural psychology to help you understand your natural communication and leadership style. Participants will gain valuable insights into how personality styles influence behaviour, communication and workplace relationships.
Through guided discussions, practical exercises and real-life scenarios, you will learn how to communicate more effectively, build stronger relationships and influence others across different personality types.
This workshop is suitable for both individuals and organisations that wish to strengthen communication, mentoring and leadership capabilities. By improving self-awareness and emotional intelligence, participants can work more effectively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.
When individuals understand themselves and others better, they communicate with greater clarity, lead with confidence and collaborate more effectively.

Introduction to DISC and Personality Assessment
Gain a clear understanding of the DISC personality framework and complete a professional DISC assessment. Through guided activities and discussions, discover your natural communication and influence style.

Leverage Your Natural Communication Strengths
Understand how your DISC profile influences your communication style, leadership approach, feedback methods and decision-making. Learn how to adapt your style to engage and motivate different personalities.
Understand Different Behavioural and Communication Styles
Learn how to identify DISC styles in others, including colleagues, clients, students and stakeholders. Apply appropriate communication and engagement strategies across workplace and learning environments.
Apply DISC in Real-World Scenarios
Practise applying DISC insights through role-play activities, case studies and scenario-based problem solving. Learn how to tailor your communication, mentoring or coaching approach to suit different behavioural styles.
Develop Your Personal Action Plan
Create a practical action plan to apply DISC insights in your professional and personal contexts, including leadership, team collaboration, mentoring and coaching.
Target Audience
This course is designed for executives and professionals such as trainers, managers, supervisors, team leaders and human resource professionals who guide, lead or develop others. It is also suitable for individuals who wish to strengthen their communication, coaching and interpersonal effectiveness across both professional and personal contexts.
Entry requirements
Participants should have at least N-Level or O-Level English proficiency and basic ability to operate a smartphone or laptop. A smartphone or laptop is required to complete the DISC profiling assessment, and participants must have a valid email address.
