Do you want to deliver presentations with greater confidence and influence? Effective presentations require more than just good content. They require clear structure, audience awareness and strong delivery.
This practical workshop helps participants develop the skills to plan, structure and deliver impactful presentations. You will learn how to analyse your audience, organise your ideas clearly and apply persuasive communication techniques to strengthen your message.
Participants will also explore their personal communication style and learn how to connect with diverse audiences using effective verbal, visual and vocal delivery techniques. Through guided practice and feedback, you will build confidence in delivering presentations that engage audiences and influence outcomes.

Presentation Practice: Presentations with Peer Feedback
Practise delivering short presentations and receive constructive peer feedback to improve your presentation skills.
Target Audience
This course is designed for executives and managers, particularly junior managers transitioning from individual contributor roles who wish to strengthen their presentation and communication skills in the workplace.
Entry requirements
Participants should have basic English proficiency to follow course discussions and participate in presentation activities.
